Gifts provide funding for such things as guest teachers, performances and scholarship fund development, as well as the small group instruction and individual attention students at Ellison Ballet receive. In short, every aspect of a student’s training is touched by your generosity.

The Annual Giving Fund is an important factor in balancing the budget. As in most schools in New York City, tuition at Ellison Ballet only covers 50 percent of a student's education in a given year. Donations to the Annual Fund help to cover this gap and provide important, unrestricted funds for the day-to-day operations of the school

Dancer's Circle of Giving

As a member of the Dancer’s Circle, you will receive exclusive information about Ellison Ballet’s upcoming events, newsletters, invitations to open and private class and rehearsals, priority in  ordering Spring Showcase tickets, recognition on the Ellison Ballet web site and performance programs, and more. 

Matching Gifts

Many companies, unions and other professional associations match donor gifts to non-profit organizations. Your donation to Ellison Ballet could be doubled, or even tripled. In some cases, companies will match gifts from retired employees or spouses of members of their board of directors. Please contact your Human Resources department for information about matching gifts.

The Ellison Ballet Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
