ATTENTION STUDENTS AGE 11-19

AUDITION FOR:
Ellison Ballet - Professional Training Program 2013/2014



Applicants must have a strong classical foundation in relation to their age and demonstrate the physical, mental and emotional aptitude necessary for serious classical ballet training. The program starts September 11, 2013, and concludes May 30, 2014. International Visa Program available.

If audition in person is impossible, please submit an audition video/DVD or a YouTube link to an online video.

Please register online before sending us your video audition. Unregistered candidates won't be considered for Ellison Ballet programs.

Video/DVD/YT submissions should be approximately 15-20 minutes in length and demonstrate barre and center exercises, including adagio, tendus, pirouettes, grand pirouettes, petit, medium, and grand allegro, tours en l'air for men, fouettes and pointe work for ladies. You may also include a classical ballet variation if desired. At the beginning of the video, you should introduce yourself and state your age, the number of year(s) of ballet/dance study, the number of years of pointe work (if applicable), the name(s) of your current school and teacher(s), programs or international ballet competitions in which you have participated. The attire should be a leotard and full length pink tights for ladies and a white shirt and black tights for men.
